More on #brendacolvin Photo 1: master plan for #aldershotmilitarytown 1974 for which Brenda was consultant from 1963. Photo 2 -Plan for Brenda’s own garden #littlepeacocks in Gloucestershire which she acquired in 1954 & from where she practiced until her death. Photo 3&4 the garden in 1972 & 1989. Brenda wrote two key landscape texts: Land and Landscape 1948, second edition 1970 and Trees for Town and Country in 1947 – photos 5&6. In 1969 she set up in partnership with the then young #halmoggridge who had been suggested to her by Geoffrey & Susan Jellicoe. Brenda’s legacy lives on & #ColvinMoggridge continues to practice to this day, including one office still at Brenda’s home Little Peacocks.
